BPOST is getting better. They used to be the most horrible service available, often dropping packages in unsafe places, delivering them to impossible centers - even if you chose deliver to a neighbor.
Basically you lost all hope when BPOST was your delivery service and would pay extra to get a different one.

Now you can track deliveries, BPOST 24H PRO actually does deliver on Sundays, and the postman doesn't just NOT come by and forget you, but states he came by. (Which also happened).

For me as someone who does contract work, I must rely on the delivery service and slowly BPOST is regaining my trust that was ruined by many many years of utter disservice.

Keep this new trend going, BPOST!

BPost used to be a MEH, please not them experience.
I used to pay extra to not use them.
Now you can track deliveries live and they actually do get to your house, not just say they were there!
Keep it up BPost!

I made two orders via Emob recently. One was for a chair, which was directly delivered to my door. No issues. (With NL Post... Their local driver is basically the Batman of home deliveries! I get a lot via NL Post.)
The other one was for a bed & mattress. It arrived much earlier than I'd expected, which was good. It wasn't delivered directly to my door, though. Which was OK, except that I asked the driver for some help.
And what I meant to ask him was to help me keep the doors open so I could get the two packages in.
Instead he told me that the (larger) package was only 10 kg, which is not true, it's 25 kg, but wasn't the issue.
Then busied himself re-arranging further packages.
I don't blame the driver. It's a sign of our times. They have to meet a certain quota and that quota doesn't include basic help.
Anyway, I managed and the actual products were A-OK and as advertised.
Now I just wish we were back in the 80ies, in which case I'd given the driver a 10 Euro tip... And he'd kept the doors open. Or might have even helped carrying the packages. ;-)
(Note that I paid for delivery to door, but I'm also a reasonable human being)
Anyway, good products, no real complaints.
