Poor customer service and delivery delays
The sandals themselves may be fine, but the customer service experience was very disappointing. At purchase, delivery was estimated at 2 to 3 weeks. The order took over a month to arrive and missed the family vacation we bought them for, so we had to purchase another pair. Be Lenka still required us to pay return shipping and refused to make an exception, even though the return was due to the delayed delivery rather than a change of mind. Based on this experience, I would be cautious ordering if timing matters.

The delay was caused by the relocation of our warehouse operations, and we informed customers about this situation continuously by email during the process. Unfortunately, we understand that this did not change the inconvenience you experienced.
If an order is needed for a last-minute event or a specific date, we generally recommend considering cancellation in advance if it becomes clear that the delivery may not arrive in time.
