I didnt receive my package or a mail when I will receive my package

I ordered a sneaker and a sweatpant from Keller-sport and I have receive the payment proof but I didnt receive a mail with the track & trace or a date when I'm going to receive my package and I'm still waiting for my package. I tried to email and call but I didnt get any response so I hope I will have a response on this website.

I am sorry that in this situation our Customer Care service was not at the level of your expectations. Even if we do our best to answer all the emails we receive as soon and precisely as possible, it looks that we still miss some of them.
Normally our parcel should be with you already. If they are still problems with your order, don't hesitate to contact us. We will faster this time.
