Very poor ; poor customer service / slow response time. Ordered a pair of shoes which were not then delivered. Still not had a refund….
I note the meaningless reply subsequently received from FitFlop. Meanwhile over 3 weeks later no reply to emails I have sent let alone any refunds. …..
