Bought 3G US package from AloSim and used it for 3 weeks while visiting New York City and Niagara Falls. Never had a problem. Would recommend.

This company is a scam. They are not a NZ company, they are not registered at the Companies Office and do not have a physical address or phone number on there website. They are a rip off company. The goods come from China and if they are not the correct size which is very likely as the sizing is too small for most people. Then you get the runaround, they will offer you a partial refund and will send a bigger size at a cheaper price. If you insist on a refund, the customer has to pay all the costs, and in most cases the Post Office or couriers will not accept them as they need a verified address. So much for their promise of a 30 day guarantee. Avoid this company completely.

I signed up for a free trial, had the day marked on my calendar when it was going to auto-renew and went in to cancel the trial as I did not want to do the annual subscription. I thought I had cancelled but was shocked to get an email saying I had been charged the annual subscription of $ 313NZ. I emailed and did get someone on the phone from My Heritage who offered me a 30% refund. I don’t actually use the site, and wanted a full refund. He did come back and gave a 50% refund which I reluctantly accepted. I am not happy though, automatic rollovers should be banned.

Excellent service. Ordered an orchid for my daughter's birthday in NYC, we were on Skype when it was delivered and it was beautiful. Very impressed.
