For three months I waited for my order to be delivered. Until now, not even a tracking number. They said customs problems and I have to wait. but totally not acceptable. How could you expect buyers to wait for months. I am asking for a full refund, but they refuse. Total liars and thieves. How could these people still allowed to sell online. They should put them in jail for stealing money from people who put trust on them. What kind of people are you?

I should have read these comments before buying from their online store here in Riyadh. I ordered two items. They only managed to deliver one. Now I called my bank and told me they already collected the full amount. Tried sending them emails for days but not a single reply from them. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT BUY from their online store. For sure once you have an issue, you will regret it.

Ordered 2 items. they only shipped 1. Now been trying to contact them but they don't reply to messages. The only number available to call is from UAE. I live in Saudi Arabia. They should refund the 1 item that wasn't shipped.
