Parcel reported as delivered, no parcel can be found at address. No footage on security camera of any delivery van or driver, delivering parcel. Confirmation e mail said parcel was left in shed. We don’t have a shed !

Holiday to Ibiza booked for April 2020, cancelled, re booked for April 2021, cancelled, rebooked for July 2021, cancelled rebooked for Sept 2021. All cancellations were due to Covid 19, restrictions.
On The Beach, have been fantastic throughout, keeping me updated, confirming flights, hotel, all I had to do was provide new dates. No charges were made to myself for admin work.
Received a telephone call from Jamie Small, who made all changes whilst, i was on the phone to him, on the last change of holiday.He was courteous, professional, friendly and took his time to explain all changes. Followed by instant e mail, for confirmation. Most of my correspondence, has been through E Mail, which has been very effective. I have been holidaying with this company for a few years now and will continue to use them.
