In the last 3 years I had 40+ orders with Amazon that went relatively smooth. This November out of 3 orders 2 were not delivered, even though marked as "delivered to the postbox". And the 3d one got me two packs of vitamins with a super-short best-before date and a lotion that smelled like it's already expired. I had to contact Support several times, wasting my time on getting refunds for all these bad luck sequences. Never thought shopping online can be such a tiresome lottery.

FIRST THING. I did not manage to use their banking app and got locked out of my account on the web version as a result. As for some reason my old deactivated phone number is still showing tied to my account in the app (even though I have changed it more than 3 years ago and was receiving TANs on the new one). To change it, the app redirected me to the web version. Where I could not do it, as I don't have the Sicherheitsverfahren -- a thing now DONE THROUGH THE APP. I was locked out of my account after I tried to login on the web version again. Absolutely mind-blowing! SECOND THING. About their fees: on top of the 3,80 EUR /month one has to pay 12-60 EUR /year depending on the income. The fee is set to 60 EUR by default, if your income is lower than 1000 EUR, you need to contact the bank about the reduction yourself. The branch managers explained this fee as a measure that helps GLS survive the bank crisis without firing employees.

I have ordered a couple of times from Deciem, each time it took about 5-7 days to deliver to Berlin. Packaging was good and not too much paper. As for April 2021 you can't pay via PayPal anymore, the only option left for Germany is card payment. Very disappointing.

I have ordered 6 times from Ecco Verde and it was fine each time, apart from the last one. I had Ghassoul powder in my order and unfortunately its paper bag broke and made a big mess inside of the parcel. I guess there is no eco solution to this, maybe packing such items in another paper bag?.. In general I really enjoy ordering from them, there is a good choice of cute stuff, maybe a bit pricey, but sales when you get a 10% discount are quite frequent :)

I have ordered about 5 timed from Medpex, it always went smooth, the order is being delivered within 3-5 days. However, if I want to order from them in the future, I will not use their website search, but Google Shopping search, e.g. "Curaprox Medpex" to get about 10% price difference.

I have ordered a couple of The Ordinary items on the 12.04. Unfortunately the newbie 20% discount did not apply to them. The parcel status has not been updating for several days and in the end it arrived to Berlin on the 20.04. The items inside were undamaged.
