Someone signed up to a mobile phone with Boost using my email address, which Boost didn't verify. I don't even live in the US and yet I continually get emails about their account payments. Contacting their Customer Services via live chat I was told that the only way to resolve this was to make an international phone call to them. Ridiculous.

Switched to them over a year ago after repeated support headaches with a larger national ISP. So incredibly glad I have. Amazingly responsive helpdesk, not a word of criticism I can levy at them, any issues I've experienced have been dealt with damn swiftly.
