Great value for money.

Great value for money.
A good choice of activities included- we saved so much money by purchasing this pass and meant wr had 3 really active days whilst on holiday.
The only minor downside was that some of the activity providers required you to call them to book- we found this difficult to do as we didn't have international calls included in our phone plan.

Only 1 item out of the 3 I ordered has…

Only 1 item out of the 3 I ordered has arrived. Impossible to get hold of anyone and in order to apply for a refund I have to enter my card details and agree to being charged $100 if the item then appears. Why can't they just refund me to my original payment method?

Really enjoyed the whole experience

Really enjoyed the whole experience. My children were excited to see what the box contained and we enjoyed trying new things.
The feedback isn't a little long for some products but OK overall.

Great service dependent on staff member

I placed a click and collect order which unfortunately had an incorrect item. I contacted superdrug via their online chat, email and Facebook messenger and didn't get very far at all. They initially asked me to post the incorrect item back at my expense (which I refused) and then they ignored my messages.
However, I tried the online chat function again and a lovely assistant named Abigail sorted the problem really quickly! I am now being sent the correct item. Really wish I'd got through to her the first time. So even though I had a week and a half of useless advisors, the problem was eventually sorted.
