Car delivered with body damage no handbook so no idea how to work the featuresof the car no service history nothing. Sent emails and texts with no response their customer service number nobody speaks English. So i have been totally ignored . They are selling high price cars with problems stay well clear I will be filing a denuncia against this company Not a happy customer.

My company was with checkatrade for 13 years it was a excellent service. Then I retired 3 years ago and the company stopped trading. I informed them weeks ago three telephone calls regarding the exterior weather coating company in Bournemouth. Who are using misleading profile text and using photos of another companies work. They have total ignored this. Homeserve now own checkatrade and they will take on anybody all they are interested in is membership fees total disgrace stay well clear you have been warned.

Informed them over a month ago regarding exterior weather coatings of Bournemouth with misleading and untrue profile text making out he has been trading for 18 years when in fact its 3 years. And using some photos of another companies work. They have taken no action what so ever. Totally unacceptable.

Do not touch this company they are the most unprofessional incompetent company I have ever dealt with trying to cancel after my contract had exspired. Sent at least 10 emails with know response. I've cancelled their direct debits. But just keep getting texts that you have missed payments. They ignore every communication you send. How on earth are they allowed to trade like this. They need to be stopped ripping people off.
