Review of XFINITY

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Terrible company!

I am determined to change my plan and it seems xfinity is determine to charge whatever it wants to charge. I went on my account to change my plan to 500 mg because my current plan went to $140. The 500 MG plan was $80 (no mention here of how you have to pay) but as I went along that plan cost shifted to $85. Then they promise a $10 discount if you pay direct from checking and the plan with the supposed ten dollar discount became $85 which was the original price and when I took off the direct billing the plan went to $90. What a bunch of total asses. They want your money with no customer service or anything. They are a company not to be trusted!!!!

Deceased Account Closed professionally

My husband passed away suddenly and in closing my husband’s account they were professional and addressed the need to know aspects of closing his account. Experian was a nightmare to deal with and not so with Equifax

Review of Kaiser Permanente

Kaiser can not be trusted

Kaiser cancels a person who dies account shortly after death which makes it impossible for their own staff to gain access to any files. So for the distraught love one left to cope, Kaiser has created a do loop of telephone numbers where you call the first number they refer you to a second number who refers you to third number who refers you to one of the first numbers you call. The living nightmare they created is all the deceased’s love ones have left. They do not send itemized billings (just $2741 minus $2500 with a vague list of services underneath). Then they try to get paid hiding behind HIPPA to not met the US Law of no surprise billings. They have many overlapping offices and try to just wear out a distraught love one with inquires that do not trust them to bill correctly. I would NEVER recommend Kaiser to anyone and if Medicare actually understood what a life changing event it is to lose a partner of 35 years, I would already be in a different plan.

Review of Apple

Apple is money-grubbing a______

Apple is not only ignorant of state laws (WA state does not probate small estates) and they are proud of it so they can keep their $2.99 monthly payment coming. They want the survivor of a deceased person to spend more legal dollars to certify the estate executor can make these decisions to cancel the apple account. They will not accept a will like other people they will not accept a death certificate. They act like scum bags making a horrible situation of losing someone you love worse!!!

Review of TIAA

I received the TIAA BS response

I received the TIAA BS response to my complaint—painting the problem I reported as ours. As always TIAA tells only part of the story. What part of we will wait and decide and the part you left out where I told TIAA consultant Charles that I would not sign a new form lead TIAA to conclude we wanted NO funds from the UPS account? You should have sent the same UPS funds monthly as TIAA received NO confirmation of cancelation. But as always TIAA takes it upon themselves to make decisions and cancelled our UPS monthly withdrawal and then demand a new form because TIAA had taken upon themselves to cancel the existing withdrawal. Let’s not kid anyone, TIAA then forced us to get new spousal form because TIAA decided to cancel the monthly withdrawal without OUR authorization. TIAA is a non-customer oriented company that will do or say anything to protect themselves. They are so stupid they can not even remeber my husband has a Dr in front of his name. I am so sorry that many Universities have been sucked into their worthless service.

Amazon is now making it hard if you do not live in a city to return an item without going to the city. We live on island and putting the item in a UPS drop box for free is no skin off their noses but making you drop it off at a store is way harder and time consuming

We have had so many bad customer services with this company. It is not trustworthy. They gave us the wrong advice and the manager following up the complaint agreed but alas it was too late to correct it! This time the agent was spiteful and deleted a signed for which they have the record for but alas we need a new form. Always our work for their mistake. Managers and customer service reps poorly trained and company has your funds hostage so they do not care one bit!

Kaiser cashed our check 9/30/24 and misapplied it. They sent us an overdue notice and finally after many calls admit the cashed the check, identified where they misapplied it and now will not alter their bookkeeping until the end of December. In the meantime they will send us overdue notices and continue to use our money. Incompetent bookkeeping!

Amazon Fails Customers

Time for Amazon to either get items to customers or give up prime. No more two day or one week deliveries. It is a shame! Tired of waiting for items as this is a 360 degree shift in deliveries. Some are almost a month now and do not use any Covid excuses!!!
