I have been a loyal client for years. The photo albums are ok, quality is not the best but not the worst… however: I have been very disappointed several times: the delivery time is almost never on time, witch I find very stressing -when you expect to get your purchase on a certain date (they have the nerve to say « at the latest… »), and you pay a lot for delivery and product, it is very stressfull not to be able to count on the date you should get your order from photobox.
I find their promotions very deceiving also, there is almost all the time a promotion so you THINK you are getting a good price but really you are not, the so called promotional price is in fact the price you are supposed to pay all year.
When I contact the help line, it almost never helps because if your order is delayed, you are supposed to wait several days AFTER the date you were supposed to get your order. That’s all the help you get. So be carefull to trust the delivery times if you need the order to arrive on time for a present, it is in my expérience very stressfull and annoying when you count on giving the order for a birthday.

Le design épuré, la qualité des produits et le choix de couleurs font que j’ai déjà conseillé Edone à mes amies. Certes, plus chers que des produits proposés en grande surface mais qualité incomparable et très beau.

Très satisfaite de ma commande, mais une grande frustration avec le livreur UPS, j’hésiterai pour reprendre une commande en ligne tant que les livraisons sont (mal) assurées par cette compagnie.

Envoie rapide, emballage soigné et vêtements commandé de qualité.

Commandé le 1 décembre, pas reçu ma commande 20 jours après. Grosse déception. Aucune proposition de la part de photobox, « attendez le 23 décembre et on verra ce qu’on peut faire ». Livraison PAS garanti avant Noël! Cliente fidèle depuis 10 ans, c’est fini!
