They are claiming we scraped the rim on our rental car. A car that was driven directly to a site, garage parked for the weekend and driven back.

The only way we could have scraped the rim would have been parking up against a curb or rocks. Neither of which we did.

It is my fault for not filming the state of the car to prove the state of the rims when I picked it up.

Their rate for a single aluminum rim is $756… that is more than double the average price for a rim.

I’ve seen on several threads that this is a very common occurrence with people that have dealt with from the Vancouver area location.

I have had a Shutterfly account for years. Having ordered several items from them over the years. When I received the notification email from them that I had to order something or I will lose access to my photos stored with them, I ordered our Christmas Cards from them.

Not only were the cards incorrect when they arrived, the "replacement" order was a SINGLE CARD and they emailed again saying that I had to buy something or they will shut off access to my photos. When I called to inquire about why I was getting that message, they informed me that I had used the wrong email address and they were unwilling to merge the two accounts so I would not lose access to my photos.

Not only was I forced to purchase overpriced cards from them, they screwed them up and now they are telling me that I will still lose access to my photos and they refused to refund my money.

I will never use their services again. There are too many competitors out there with better service and prices.

Absolute waste of money. Had to have our unit replaced twice. The first time they were back ordered and we had to wait months to get a new one. Didn’t keep them from maintaining their planned replacement filter shipment, of course.

This last time we had an issue, I messaged them to let them know our unit wasn’t functioning properly again. They shipped out the replacement filter despite our unit not working. Blaming us for not confirming their “turn it on again and off again” solution didn’t work. They will not accept a return of the filter we cannot use in their broken unit or provide a refund. Absolutely refuse to continue our subscription with them and deal with constant quality issues and poor customer service.

Great products, even better customer service.

The shipping was quick and customer service responded quickly to my questions. However, your web page was unclear about the cost of shipping and not having an option for local pickup for the items you do not cover shipping on is the reason I will not buy from your site again.
