Hi Steph, we are disappointed to hear you are not satisfied with the quality of the stems you received. We value your feedback, but as florists we personally do not feel our stems are comparable to the likes of the stems you find in Target. As per our Terms & Conditions all customers are entitled to a full refund if your items are returned in original condition within 14 days, so if you are not entirely satisfied I would suggest you return your items for us to process a refund.
