I’ve bought quite a few bags from WARDOW, their service is excellent, efficient quick, and never a problem,

I ordered earrings from this company, delivery was exactly as they said, very quick and the earrings are beautiful. Unfortunately I lost one within the first couple of days so emailed the company, their response was immediate so helpful and so courteous , I am now awaiting delivery of one earring, They could not have been more helpful, I would give more stars if I could, and recommend anyone to be fully confident ordering from them and the quality of their jewellery .

This is an update on my experience, it is now eighteen days since I ordered my jacket and I am still no further forward, item still in transit, no reply from my emails , although they say they will get back to you within two days, these people should be banned from advertising….. and I agree with other people who also thought this was a company in Harrogate, probably somewhere in Timbuktoo. Shocking, and I am furious.

I have been waiting for a delivery of a ladies jacket since 10th of October it has been in transit since the 18th, I’ve tried to email three times and still no response, bombarded with emails to buy more, they must be joking. . The worst service ever.

Excellent service, beautiful product., looking forward to buying again....
