Ordered 24th May, Payment taken on Monday 25th. Was informed by email there is a 7 working day wait during sale periods. I emailed them on 10th June and was told each individual item is hand made??? There is a 10 working day wait. They do not work Mondays and my parcel was awaiting collection.
On Monday 15th the delivery service picked the parcel up and I received a badly packed parcel with a dented diffuser box, grease marks on the internal box (this was a gift), plus both 'zest' bath soaks were in dirty and grease marked packaging (these both were gifts)
What a waste of my time and money. Arrived too late to give to friends for birthdays and I would be to ashamed to even gift them now as dirty, dented, grease marks spoil the gifts. The company should also be ashamed.
What is this about Mondays. All a bit strange that payment and pick up happened on a Monday.
As others, I won't be purchasing anything else from this company. I have been buying from them for years and something seriously has gone wrong.
