Very easy trade and everything is working great!

I received fast and friendly information from Mike Chang when I asked about laptop options. I decided to buy my laptop with other bits and pieces at cackle.co.nz because the service was great and the side offered one of the best prices for the things I needed.

I bought the Tracker FG hiking boot in June 2019. As it is a tramping boot it has been used for a few day trips and a recent multi day walk on Stewart Island. The boots have managed less than150km of walking. The sole has started to come lose as the glue does not seem to hold. There is nothing that can be done as Vivo Barefoot only offers a 6 months warranty. I think that it does not sit well with me as it is a NZ$400 boot and it should last much longer. It is a pity as it is a very comfortable boot that does not cause blisters. However, the customer service at this occasion has been underwhelming.
I had made contact with the customer service and all they offered where 25% off for the next order. They told me that there could be no warranty claim as shoes where older than 6 month.Not a great service for a tramping boot.
