Shipment scheduled for 12 February…

Shipment scheduled for 12 February (valentines day gift) didn't arrive at set date, called GLS they don't have idea where it is, contacted swarovski about it, got respond on 16th February 10 minutes after package arrived, also package arrived damaged and got no reply for that
