Jeg havde en Botox-aftale med Josefine. Jeg lider af bruxisme og fik injektioner i mine massetermuskler. Jeg har aldrig haft en hurtigere aftale i mit liv. Jeg bad hende om at injicere mindre i venstre side, men jeg er ikke sikker på, at hun lagde mærke til det. Jeg syntes også, det var mærkeligt, at der ikke blev givet nogen form for blodstandsende forbinding for at undgå infektion og for at lade hullet stå åbent og bløde. Det virkede lidt uforsigtigt. Femten dage senere har jeg et skævt smil i venstre side, sandsynligvis fordi produktet ramte den lille zygomatiske muskel. Det er aldrig sket før. Jeg kan ikke anbefale dette sted.



I had a Botox appointment with Josefine. I have bruxism and injected it in my masseter. I never had a quicker appointment in my life. I asked her to inject less on my left side, but I am not sure she paid attention. I also felt like it was weird not to provide any bloodstop wound dressing to avoid any infection and leave the hole exposed and bleeding. This seemed a bit careless. 15 days later, I have a crooked smile on my left side because the product probably hit the minor zygomatic muscle. This had never happened before. I do not recommend this place.

The price was the best one I could find and the delivery was fast compared to most companies in Denmark.

I purchased an earring, but I never received it. I got an empty plastic bag with an empty box inside. It was very disappointing!
I took pictures of the package, and the company quickly replied, which was great.
Despite this bad experience, they refunded my money fast. Very professional customer service!

Professional, attentive and kind staff. The communication about the treatment was very good, with all the possible side effects and mechanisms of action clearly and thoroughly explained. Also, they are very careful to help the client to feel comfortable during the treatment and consider your personal goals when planning it. I highly recommend

The service says it will take from 1 to 3 days to deliver your purchase. Sadly, it took 3 weekdays just to put the box together. After 3 days, the delivery company had not received the box in their hands.
This harmed the plans I had done regarding using some of the stuff I had purchased. The service just should not promise to deliver your purchase within 3 days if they can't do that.

Nuan's professionals are kind and very competent. I definetely recommend Nuan.

Do not choose Dao, if its the weekend, they do not do the job and say you were not at home, even if you were.

Forfærdelig kundeservice.
Vi har bestilt en sækkestol, leverings fyren gav os en flået æske. Når vi har åbnet den, blev sækkestolen revet. Det tog mere end 10 dage at få en udskiftning af produktet leveret, og JYSK planlagde det en lørdag formiddag, hvilket gav os ingen mulighed for at vælge dagen. Vi mistede en dag og ventede på levering to gange på grund af deres forfærdelige service.

Awful customer service.
We have ordered a beanbag, the delivery guy gave us a ripped box. When we have opened it, the bean bag was ripped. It took more than 10 days to have a replacement of the product delivered, and JYSK scheduled it on a Saturday morning, giving us no option to choose the day. We lost a day waiting for the delivery twice, due their awful service.

I had a great experience when I was about to open the account. The app is also great to use.
However, it does not have integration with MobilePay.dk (most nordic banks have) and the support couldn't provide me any information about that (not even state if N26 and MobilePay are partners or not).
They could not even tell me basic info like partnerships of the bank. I felt very disappointed and am about to close my account.

I highly recommend homie. They always reply quickly and kindly to every email. Moreover, the price is fair and you don't have to worry about maintenance.
