Purchased both black and brown pairs. In love with them!

Not entirely happy that my order was separated in to 2 then both gets passed on to Australia Post which then they divided them up. I thought the whole point of courier was for it to be quicker and safer delivery. Still only 1 out of the 2 was delivered so how can I say I was satisfied when i am waiting on second part to my order which I cannot use until I receive it.
