Our club has used Hodges for years and the service is always top notch. It's best to order in February during their winter sale to offset the high cost of shipping and handling. Agents are experienced and helpful when placing orders. Ribbons have always arrived accurate and on time. Thanks!

I used to get emails letting me know my order was going to be shipped in advance of it actually being mailed. I travel and occasionally want to modify delivery dates, amounts and addresses. The last shipment went to my old address and the rep was gracious enough to replace it. I told her I didn't get advance notification and she advised me to check spam and let her know if I had received an email. I did as requested, no response and this delivery was the same. I got notified once the shipment was on it's way.

Hodge's always provides excellent customer service and on time deliveries. Ribbons are beautiful and well made.

I like that I can place my club's order during the sale in February and schedule delivery closer to the event so I don't have to store the ribbons. We also hold two different events and they were good about arranging separate shipping to a different person for our second venue.
