I received my order and was to small I…

I received my order and was to small I paid for it to be shipped back and now iv paid for a chain and money to ship back to them . Iv emailed them about 10 times and just say we are here to help iv received No help whatsoever. The shipping and delivery service is terrible and customer service I would not recommend them to anyone .
