Really fantastic company

Really fantastic company. I've never bought a refurbished phone before, so I was a bit apprehensive to begin with, but really glad I got it from thebigphonestore. I had a bit of an issue, but Sarah in customer service was super helpful in resolving it, and I will definitely becoming back to them when I want another refurbished phone, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Big thumbs up.

Good price, but products took a lot longer to arrive than was stated. I would purchase from here based on the price, but only if I didn't need to parts quickly

Very impressed, excellent customer service. The machine has been great and I have had it over 5 years, it has developed a slight problem and is out of warranty but they have sent me a new part to fix the issue free of charge. I highly recommend.

So I have used them on many occasions…

So I have used them on many occasions and generally I am very happy with their products, however I recently ordered their NADH and CoQ10, in which it says 25mg of PANMOL NADH, but I later stumbled across the actual amount of NADH per lozenge and it is only 2.5mg, they have not refunded or been any help and just dismissed what I have said, also when I try to upload a review on their website saying this it wont let me, so I would guess they only accept positive reviews. So as you can imagine I am not impressed with this product even though I have been happy with other products, just be careful.
