So disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. It is advertised as a pet hair cleaner but all it does is wind the pet hair around the brushes ! This means you have to stop hoovering and clean the brushes - which takes time. It does not pick up well and feels very flimsy - ie the button to detach the handle from the main body fell off on the first day and the dust bucket is very fiddly to fit and does not feel secure. Would not recommend

Milk is delivered on time. Recyclable bottles which is great. "Extras" come when ordered.The "skip" system for holidays is easy to use and has so far worked extremely well. Very happy with the quality and the service. 5* from me
