Purchased an item, received no confirmation email. Contacted them 3 weeks later to check on the status of my order. They responded in a foreign language which I had to translate. Without providing a reason, they said they have cancelled the order and would refund my money. They did not.

Then the item they said they cancelled arrived weeks later but it was too late and I didn't have a use for it anymore.

I tried to return it but they refused to refund the full amount.

I now have to go through PayPal to remedy the problem.

Worst retail experience - do not risk saving a few dollars with this scam company.

The coffee table was great for the price.

Delivery came in two packages and the second package was late.

TLDR: Does not reply to emails when it's "inconvenient" for them.

I created an account received the initial account creation email then made a large purchase. I then immediately noticed that they sent another email (why not send just one with ALL the info) which offered a substantial discount on my first purchase. As I had already made the purchase I emailed them within minutes to take advantage of the discount. They never responded to any of my emails. Also, some of their products are sub-par and some do not match the images on their website. Will not shop again.
