I order from PLT every month, never had any issues with their clothes, always on time (even now) good quality ect unfortunately I had issues twice and both times the service was just perfect! The person who helped me this time was Sophie, she was nice, understanding and patient while I was sending to her pictures/videos of the issue. I’m already a regular customer but the service made me like the brand even more! Thank you again

Just amazing! They always respond super fast and find solutions to make you satisfied. Hamza took the initiative to refund me as soon as I told him that I received a dirty shirt, he was super sweet! Their CS is A1, making me order more and more!
