in less than 5 minutes after the reservation I called you to say that the trip starts from FRA and not IKA and was pretty sure that it was not my mistake but I had to pay penalty to cancel the wrong reservation...

Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the delayed response.
We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused to you. We have checked the details and we can see that the flights were the same as selected from your end. This cannot be changed by the system.
We advised you the best possible option at that time. The cancellation was possible against the minimum fee because the booking was within the same date. Later airline rules would have applied with more strict cancellation policies. Kindly be informed that we as a travel agency charge our refund processing fee.
