Site is great and smooth, nice variety of sports and gets, flexible deposit options. Great and responsive customer service team - I was assisted by Bia and then Sophie, both of them were quick to respond.

A few points that needs to be improved - Withdrawals take a long time to process. And separately my account was locked when requesting for a withdrawal and I did not have any info on why or how long it would be this way - and like I said the support team was at least responsive and online, but that still does not make this a lesser negative experience.
