Jag hade en besvikande upplevelse hos Gloss & Floss Dental Care. Jag bokade en konsultation för tandblekning efter att ha läst på deras hemsida att en konsultation behövdes för en tandbedömning innan behandlingen.

Vid besöket blev jag debiterad 495 kr, och den huvudsakliga informationen jag fick var att tandblekningen skulle kosta 4 800 kr. Jag upplever inte att denna konsultationsavgift kommunicerades tydligt i förväg, och jag förväntade mig inte att behöva betala bara för att få information om priset på behandlingen.

Enligt min uppfattning visar detta på bristande pristransparens. Framtida kunder bör tydligt fråga innan bokning om konsultationen i sig har en separat kostnad.

Worst service ever. They did not send me any invoice and were charging me 3 different fees. No recommendable to anyone

They charged me twice for reboking a flight. In total, they charged me more than the full price.
