The staff member that served me was very helpful and very courteous.

Ordered a Foo Fighters hoodie and the print was all smudged and there was glue all around the print from the transfer, such poor quality and so disappointed after reading good reviews. The return process was straight forward.

As usual Balsam Hill products are beautiful and The delivery was very quick and the garland I purchased is lovely. However, I was disappointed with the lights, I was aware they were battery operated but they are not very bright especially for such a big colourful garland. I would have loved the option to have multi coloured lights which would have matched my Balsam Hill tree.

Rebecca was extremely helpful and followed up my enquiry as promised.

I purchased a gift voucher which was emailed very quickly. It would have been nice to have received a printable gift voucher that can be put into a birthday/Christmas card, I made my own and then emailed the voucher.

We hired Something Borrowed for both our evening wedding reception and for an acoustic set following our ceremony and I am speaking on behalf of ourselves and our guests when I say they were fantastic. The bands repertoire was so extensive and suited all of our guests from young to old, there were guests on the dance floor pretty much from the start to the end of the night. Thank you to all the band for making our wedding day a memorable one, we would recommend the band to anyone looking for a varied range of music to suit all tastes and ages, thanks so much Mr & Mrs Parkman (Elfordleigh Hotel 28th March)
