Most awful service experienced.
We booked and paid a car for 247€ + 77€ for insurance and onsite , the agent told us the car we contracted wasn’t available and OBLIGATED us to book an upgraded car for 200€ extra.
After , we wanted to pay for the caution but she said my card wasn’t allowed for such transaction but charged us the gasoil caution 5 minutes later. Consequently , asking for 371€ insurance instead of 77€.
So went from 330€ rental to 820€ without any other suggestion than : it is what it from the very rude agent.
I’m battling now with their customer service as they refused to reimburse us the abusive amount provoked by their agent and lack of car we rented, with proof of their abusive tactics on camera.
I will take all necessary actions to get my money back and won’t ever again book with their scamming services.
