Landlords keep clear
I have had 2 properties managed by Thornley Groves since they took over Shepherd Gilmour some years ago. The service has never been great but latterly it has become diabolical. They seem to have a staff retention problem. Contacting anyone is nigh on impossible.
f you are a landlord go somewhere else. They have left a water leak unresolved at one property for 5 weeks resulting in extensive damage.
I am now using another agent in the city and the experience is so superior I wish I'd have moved years ago.
