Year book turned up on time. Went for gloss finish which looks good but standard finish is also fine which is what I normally use.

Placed order on the 10th December for a family year book and still marked down as in Printing! I have received no email to explain what is going on. I chatted yesterday, but just got told what I already know, it's in Printing! I still have no idea when it is going to be sent and if it will arrive in time for Christmas. As others have said this was an important Christmas present. Photobox should never quote dates that they are not even close to meeting. I'm still hopeful they can sort this and get it in the post today.
Please to report that year book arrived on the Saturday before Christmas. To be fair the team did seem to respond to my pleas and everything ended well
