Though the part I ordered was not from the US, the part came quickly and every effort was made to give me translated directions for installation. The part was as described and allowed me to lower my Triumph Speed 400 motorcycle so that it’s perfect for my 28” inseam! Very happy with this transaction!

Not intuitive for those of us who are less tech savvy. Customer service is nonexistent and don’t ever expect to speak to a human over the phone- not going to happen!! Limited vendors from my own perspective and when I finally found something I wanted to use my credit toward on amazon I found that I couldn’t. Takes all of the fun out of a gift!

boots are as described; well made from good quality leather. In my case they ran small. I measured carefully before ordering, and though I can put them on and zip them up they are uncomfortably small. I will keep them and try to break them in, but my advise would be when ordering, if you are on the border between two sizes - go up a size.

I designed a t-shirt but had some questions about details and how to make subtle changes. I got expert online help from the website and ended up with a great finished product.
