My mask is defective - 4 emails to customer service and no reply.
The face mask turns off spontaneously and I need to position the wire just so to make it run; when I plug the décolleté mask in, the face mask turns off.
Despite this, been using it daily for 6 weeks (SUPER ANNOYING!) and honestly, skin texture is better but there has been no change in my skin tone or lines.
Choose another company.

The “personal trainer” option was a waste of time; poor onboarding and not a single contact since joining. The exercise routines are okay, but repetitive. I do them most days. It’s a shame you can’t set the intensity of your own workout. I still think HIIT by Down Dog is a far better app.
I could never imagine being able to follow the meal plans - the meals are pretty uninspired.
