Wheelbarrow not delivered after 2 weeks waiting and refund refused until DHL could explain its whereabouts. A week later and still nothing. Asked for another one to be sent but customer service refused to do so until the lost wheel barrow is found. Asked for a refund but was also refused until DHL had come back to them. When I said I would dispute with my Credit Card company they said 'that will take you 30 days'. Very disappointing service to say the least!
