30 days to ship a parcel from Netherlands to Italy seems unreasonable. Tracking ID provided after 23 days.

I have a lot to complain about the delivery service. I received the parcel after 30 days in spite of the agreed conditions (5-8 working days). I'm really upset because the first track location of the parcel was provided after 23 days from the order date and every time that I did an inquire to the customer service the only answer that I received was: "is not our problem, be patient" and I felt really uncomfortable.

The delivery service that salden.nl use is post.nl that use EURODIS that use SDA (for Italy).
Please note that on trust pilot are rated 1 of 5 !
Salden.nl declare that the delay is caused due to a strike but, reading the feedback of such companies, I don't think the problem is delimited to this period.

I recommend to salden.nl to change the parcel vector.
