Wanted to return items purchased on the web site. Brought into the store and was only given the option of a gift card. Per their website and customer service number, should have been offered the option of them taking items, sending to their warehouse, and issuing a check. The employee who handled us, Bob, was very condescending and became agitated, to the point of the other employee on scene telling him "Bob, stop it!' . Not a good person to be the face of the company. It's too bad, we have several family members looking for RV's, definitely not sending them to Camping World

The tying boxes are pretty good. Having a sample fly included and the materiels packaged and labeled are a great help. Shipping time and delivery is still not up to par, but the shipping company you use is a part of that.
