Order number OEM258675, placed 8th May, had confirmation email of order and money taken but no further replies to emails surrounding what was going on with this order. Had I realised this would have been the case I wouldn't have used them, never again. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Just got back from buying a bike from the Bradford branch of superbike factory. The salesperson, Jamie, took me through the whole process over the phone and we agreed a deal subject to a viewing. On arriving at the branch today the bike was out for me to inspect and all the agreed work had been completed. Had a coupe of small issues which Jamie got sorted without question and the whole process was pain free and simple with jamie's guidance. Very pleased with the whole experience and especially that of Jamie- a credit to your company.

Had a map update for Z4 late last year, close to Christmas so had to wait a while for Royal Mail to do there thing. Other than that stellar service from Rusty in helping getting sorted before Christmas:) Update is top class and cheap- does what it says on the tin! Would highly recommend and will use in the future.

Like so many other people on here, I have ordered gravel from them based on there supposedly good reputation. What a mistake, delivery didn't turn up on scheduled date and am unable to get in touch due to them working from home? I have only received automatic replies to my numerous queries and nothing to my request to cancel the order with full refund. I would say without question i would not use this company during these troubled times and even after they have passed. As was mentioned in another review there are plenty of companies out there who are managing to provide a service and keep ther customers informed of any delays due to the pandemic. This is the only company that has given us such poor levels of respect to there customers.

Had an issue with a product 6 months after purchase. After I e-mailed there help desk I was initially offered a full refund and then after a short time a resolution to the issue. Very impressed with the way my issue was dealt with and.completely satisfied with the outcome.
