Review of Hean Castle Estate - Holiday Cottages
We count ourselves fortunate to have been able to book Coppet Hall Lodge for two weeks over Christmas and the New Year. This was our second visit to this exceptional cottage. As it had been two years ago, the house was immaculate. The furnishings and decoration tastefully chosen with careful attention to detail. The bathrooms and kitchen want for nothing and the latter provided everything for a full self catering family stay. (Even for six people at Christmas!)
Despite the very wet weather, the close proximity of the sea ensured the opportunity for daily swimming (our daughter in law!) and dog walking. For the more sedentary, the village is a five minute walk away. During a short respite in the weather, we took advantage of the firepit and melted marshmallows.
Coppet Hall Lodge is far and away the best cottage we have ever stayed in and many thanks must go to the team who maintain these very high standards both on a practical level and a personal one.
We look forward to our next visit to this exquisite lodge.

Excellent service from Thomann. Pre order enquiries handled efficiently. The Roland KVX2 kit was well packaged (careful - some bits were well hidden in the cardboard) . The drums performed exactly as described. I live in rural France and the performance of the delivery company UPS was extremely poor with changing delivery dates, misinformation and loosing a package. Issue of missing package quickly resolved by Thomann.

Review of Prestige Flowers
Ordered by a friend in the UK for delivery to our home in France. Arrived 5 days after expected delivery date. Flowers were dead and went straight into the bin. Prestige flowers offered a replacement. They arrived a day later than the expected delivery date, some 7 days after confirmation of replacement order. They were of poor quality and lasted 3 days. Accompanying compliments slip offered discount on next purchase and gave a web address in Germany. This address does not exist. A very unsatisfactory service. Don't waste your money.
