Excellent Customer Service
After purchasing the Cloud Paws 4 Step for our old boy, he unfortunately wasn’t able to use them after much coaxing.
We contacted Ricky to request refund and return instructions.
Not only did we receive a very lovely and prompt response to our issue, we were advised to keep hold of the steps and a full refund would be applied.
Many companies give great service pre sale but not many provide this level of after service, so well done Ricky & the Cloud Paws team.
We would definitely recommend.

For us, your dog’s well-being is the most important thing. He’s an older dog, and we want to ensure he is supported first and foremost. We started this business with the goal of helping dogs, and at the end of the day, you’re investing in it to help your dog. Sadly, it doesn’t work for every dog, so we’re happy to issue a refund, so you can put that toward something that will help your dog.
