I bought my machine in the Black Friday sales. I have a family of four and we drink a lot of water so we purchased the cascade machine. First of all it is super simple to set up and use and there are plenty of short video tutorials that they give you to watch in case you aren’t sure. The water tastes so clean. I just can’t really put into words how good it is! My filter’s lasted approximately 10 months and I’ve had to replace two of them (there are three separate filters in this machine, hence why the water taste so good) but we use our machine a lot. we fill it up a couple of times a day. I had an issue resetting the machine after I had put the new cartridges in and the customer service was fantastic. Store members texted and video messages me back and as they couldn’t help me they contacted their support team who called me and talked to me through the process and sorted it out. It’s a great business and a great product. This is definitely a business that goes the extra mile

This company is only getting one star because I have to give it something. When I went to purchase from this company I obviously looked at the wrong website! Silly me… With this Australian website they advertise gold plated jewellery. It’s more expensive than High Street prices, but the items on the webpage look great. I ordered a big chunky gold necklace for $135. When the piece arrived, It was in great packaging and looked expensive but when I opened it the piece hardly resembled the item on their beautiful website. It was clearly massively AI enhanced. The piece I received looked like a bad Temu version of what was on the website. The business has a no refund policy, but you can have a store credit, which in this case is useless given the pieces that you order are nothing like the pieces on the website! It took me a couple of emails, but eventually, with the threat of going to the ACCC with my complaint, they did refund me my money back. So buyers beware… What you see on the website is potentially not what you will receive on the item, given the AI enhancements that are being used! In my opinion, it will be a disappointing experience.

UNCLEAN!! Im shocked to be honest (in my opinion) for a company that sells “clean” make up, at how unclean it appears to be. But i guess what does the work “clean” actually mean?? If you aren’t convinced run the ingredients through the internet or a ingredient beauty app. I use Yuka

Cheapest rental I could find by far in New Zealand. Brilliant little car. I kept thinking there must be a catch but there wasn't! Lovely polite staff and a quick turn around. Highly recommend!
