I spoke to the owners of Wallart.co.uk who were very helpful and explained they get regular calls from people who like me think they are the company they ordered from but they are not. That is why Wallart.co.uk get 5 stars from me.

The company I ordered a canvas from was WALLART-DIRECT who have never delivered the canvas but have happily taken my money.
Please note - A lot of WALLART-DIRECT have reviews which are AI generated so don’t be fooled.
I give WALLART-DIRECT NO STARS for no customer service, no delivery of goods ordered. They have no phone contact details only emails which they never answer.
So please don’t mix WALLART-DIRECT up with an excellent company Wallart.co.uk.

Mon Motors seem to put good customer service at the top of their list of priorities. On every visit to the showroom, I was greeted and made welcome from my first inquiry to test drive, order placement and handover.
There was a minor hiccup when at one point there was some confusion with processing documentation. However, I was passed to AJ who took over the management of my order and restored my confidence. AJ explained everything clearly and processed all documentation seamlessly. I was kept well informed and given detailed explanations and demonstrations at handover.

We were given 2 experience vouchers as gifts but could not find anything suitable in our area. We paid extra to upgrade the experience only to find the hotel advertised on the website had not accepted vouchers from Virgin for over 2 years.
We paid extra again to upgrade to a hotel that was available on our selected dates.
Frustrated at the process

Excellent service and customer care. Delivery on time and very efficient. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Kept me up to date on delivery and coordinating delivery of the mattress to arrive at the same time. Brilliant

The web site was informative about all aspects of measuring, buying and installing the sliding wardrobe doors and the site was very easy to navigate.
Spaceslide responded to my email to amend a measurement immediately and the transport company contacted me a week before delivery.
I received a text message from the delivery firm the night before advising delivery would be between 7am and 8am. In fact the van was outside my house at 6.45am.
Doors and tracks were well protected and arrived in pristine condition.
