Avoid this hire car company at all costs.
We waited over an hour at the airport pick-up point before being taken to their off-site office. Once we arrived, they suddenly claimed my credit card wasn't acceptable and refused to provide the car we'd already booked, leaving my family stranded.
Moments later, they offered to "help" by renting us a different car for an outrageous £900.
We refused, made our own way back to the airport, and booked with an on-site rental company instead. They accepted the very same credit card without any issues, proving there was never a genuine problem with the card.
Based on our experience, this felt like a tactic to pressure customers into paying significantly more. Save yourself the stress and avoid off-airport rental companies like this. Book with a reputable on-site provider instead.
