The print quality finish was blurred, due to the quality of image provided.
I would have hoped for a call / e-mail to advise me that it would not print well, before the order was processed!

The file uploaded has 1200 pixels across and 1827 pixels down - the requested output size was A2 42cm by 59.4cm so 28 pixels of detail per centimetre unfortunately this is insufficient to produce a really high quality result. If very high quality is required the optimum file format for the type of original supplied is vector based pdf - ie. the content is resolution independent and not comprised of pixel based coloured dots at a finite matrix.
Our aspiration is to be the easy way to print, customers upload their content and we produce printing to the best quality that can be achieved on our equipment from those originals.
In order to offer very competitive prices automation is integral to what we do also customers requirements and expectations vary significantly - thus to initiate dialogue every time we process a file that isn't ideal would dramatically impact the ability to offer great prices - the order value was £27 ordered on a Saturday delivered on Thursday - we try our very best to be great sadly sometimes our efforts and our customers expectations do not meet.
If higher quality origination is available please reorder using that - in the meantime return the posters that are not satisfactory and your order will be refunded as per our love us or your money back promise.

A great photo book for my nephew's graduation, now my sister want's me to order her another 5 copies, one for all the family!!
Say's it all.
My only slightly negative feedback, is that it takes quite a while for delivery,a s the products are shipped from Italy, which was not mentioned during the buying process.

A close call, from a 1 to a 5!
The process took quite a while, and after I had placed the order, the 5 weeks processing timescale was missed.
This then led me to consider cancelling, as the delivery would not arrive in time for my nephew's graduation.
And, at the last minute, they saved the day, by printing and delivering in a day or two, so a happy ending!
