My airline rescheduled the flight that I was on. The new times were not convenient so I needed to cancel and rebook on another carrier. I emailed asking how i could cancel and for a customer service number. They went ahead and confirmed the rebooking. After getting a phone number , I was told on the phone that I had accepted the reschedule.

Placed my order on 18th May on a 1-2 day delivery. I've still not received it and it's the 30th May. There had been no response to any of my emails asking for an update.

I bought this cost from Tiso's a couple of month sago,. I love it, it is bright, waterproof. The sizes are small around the shoulder and arms - I am usually a 14 but had to but a 16.
The zip is of very poor quality, it has stuck since i first bought the coat and it has now broken all together A coat of £100 should last longer than this. I intend to return it to Tiso's and hopefully exchange it.

Good product, came quickly. Main criticism is that there was far too much packing. It came in an enormous box with lots of filler.
