Have been very busy, have not had time to start on assembly, but have noticed that it is extremely flimsy, very thin material, have you had other customers say that?

I ordered a workshop manual
I ordered a workshop manual, paid in full then got an email saying do not ship to Canada, asked for a refund, no response, have now asked 5 times and no response, NOT HAPPY
