These guys are my first choice for pens, inks and notepads. Everything arrives quickly, it's always brilliantly packed (with a smiley paperclip and some sweets), and they're always super helpful when there's been a problem (even when (as is usually the case) the problem is my fault). Fantastic little company!

Site is nice and easy to navigate, prices are good and my order arrived quickly.
The cashback scheme is really good too. Will be making this my first stop for any reasonable-sized purchases from now on.

Ordering process was quick and easy ( I literally just clicked a link on the the product restock alert email), and then the item arrived very quickly. They sent a bag of reject coffee with it too, for me to season the burrs (I bought a coffee grinder).

Excellent service on everything I've ordered from them. Delivery is quick, the pens and inks have all been top-notch, and a return (which was my fault) was dealt with quickly and refunded with no quibble. First point of call for anything pen or ink-related, always :)

Application process was straightforward and fast. Not really much more I can add, I applied (through the seller) on the Friday, and I was in my new car the following Wednesday, and that was over a bank-holiday weekend.

My watch stopped so I sent it to Watch Doctors for a service and repair. The price was way cheaper than sending it to the manufacturer (and turnaround was much quicker too).
It came back looking great: as well as the service they'd given it a clean and polish, and it keeps better time now than it did before (it's an automatic watch, it used to lose a second every few days - now it's more like a second every week or two).
I'm very happy with the service, price and speed, and WD will be my first port of call for any future watch-related needs I have!

I responded to an email asking about selling my guitar to them, wasn't sure if they'd be interested as it's not vintage or anything, but they got back to me quickly with a couple of options. I took the competition sale option, and apart from me messing them about with collection dates (which was entirely my fault), the whole process went smoothly and I got the money more quickly than I expected.
