Really love this service

Really love this service. Because it is so good I felt guilty for using the free version so upgraded to the monthly paid option.

I got charged for hosting that I wasn't…

I got charged for hosting that I wasn't using. When I did the web chat thing they were must unhelpful in trying to get a refund. They couldn't even give me a number or email to complain to. They get gave me a link to their term and conditions but never explained why I was charged. Utterly useless and unhelpful.

Just shocking experience with this …

Just shocking experience with this company. I've made all the required steps per month and it is not tallying with their system so am now being charged extra per month for the iwatch which I shouldn't be.
And just been on a call for 20 minutes (without a resolution) to try and sort this.
It seems now that I've got to prove via screengrabs that I did these steps which is a right pain.
